The site offers educational, research and spiritual content based on Kabbalistic teachings, including timings, timing scores and illustrative charts. The content is general, educational and spiritual information only.

Nothing on the site, in its content, timings, charts or any other output constitutes investment advice, investment marketing, pension advice, tax advice, a recommendation to execute a transaction, or an offer concerning any security, currency, derivative or other financial instrument.

The site operators are not licensed investment advisers or investment marketers and are not licensed to manage other people's money. There is no fiduciary, advisory or portfolio-management relationship between the user and the site operators.

Important note for American users: the service is aimed at investors and traders in the United States as well as globally. Timing indications relate to the location of the relevant exchange and the market in which the investment is made — not to the user's own location. Nothing on this site is investment advice, and it is not a substitute for the user's own knowledge, judgment and experience.

Every trading, investment or financial decision is made solely by the user, at the user's own exclusive responsibility, based on the user's own judgment and after independent review and/or consultation with a licensed professional.

The site operators bear no responsibility, express or implied, for any loss, direct or consequential damage, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or special damage suffered by the user or any third party as a result of using the site or relying on its content.

The site operators do not guarantee or warrant profits, returns, accuracy, availability or completeness of information. Past performance or past results, if shown, are not an indication or guarantee of future results.

Trading in financial markets, including leveraged trading and trading in cryptocurrencies, involves a high level of risk and may result in the loss of the entire invested capital. Do not invest money you cannot afford to lose.

The content is provided "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind. Where the law does not permit a full exclusion of liability, the site operators' liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the subscription during the three months preceding the cause of action.

The service is offered through paid subscription plans. Payments are processed through a secure external payment processor, and the site operators do not store credit card details.

The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period until cancelled by the user. Renewal can be cancelled at any time through the account area or by contacting customer service, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

New members are entitled to a one-time 3-day trial: during the trial the card is verified with a small ₪1 verification charge (deducted from the first renewal) and no further charge applies, while PayPal trials involve no charge at all. Full billing for the chosen plan begins after the 3-day trial ends, unless the subscription is cancelled before then.

Cancellation of a transaction is available in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, including a right of withdrawal from a distance transaction within 14 days of the transaction date or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, subject to any cancellation fee permitted by law.

Registration and payment require confirming that you have read and agreed to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. Registration is permitted only for persons aged 18 and above.

The site operators may update prices and plans; a price update will not apply to a billing period that has already been paid for.

All rights in the site content — texts, timings, methodology, charts, design, video, marks and images — are reserved to the site operators and are protected by copyright law and international treaties.

Site content may not be copied, transmitted, distributed, sold, shared for payment, or publicly displayed without prior written permission. A subscriber account is personal and may not be transferred or shared.

Automated scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing access controls, or using the content to train models or operate a competing service are all prohibited.

The site operators may block access or cancel a subscription for breach of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity, without any refund for the remaining period in such cases.

The site operators may update these Terms from time to time; the updated text will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication.

This agreement is governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Access to the site is via a personal access code, after reading these terms and subject to the user's consent to them. The user undertakes not to use another person's access code and not to disclose their own access code, except to a user for whom the company has provided written approval.

The user undertakes not to enter unlawful or misleading content into the system, or content that incites, defames, sexually harasses, is racist, libelous or invades privacy, and is solely responsible for content they entered, and undertakes to indemnify the company, immediately upon first demand, for any claim or demand relating to such content. The user represents that they have the knowledge and experience in the fields covered on the site, and to the extent they do not — use of the site does not replace individual, professional advice. The company may, at its sole discretion, block a user's access in cases of a violation of the law or these terms of use, or where the user has disrupted the proper operation of the system.

Monitoring: the company cannot monitor all information and messages uploaded to the site by other users. The company reserves the right at any time to disclose to others any information required by law, and also reserves the right to edit, remove and refuse to upload to the site any information or message that, in its sole discretion, is clearly harmful or violates any term of this agreement.

Confidentiality: the user is aware that transmissions of information to and from the site are not confidential, and that the burden of maintaining the confidentiality of communications transmitted to, from and through the site rests solely with the user.

Mailings and newsletters: when registering on the site you may authorize the company to send you, by email or SMS, information about its services as well as marketing and promotional material — whether published by the company itself or received from third parties (the "Mailings"). Dedicated links at the bottom of the Mailings allow you to instruct the company to remove you from all or part of the mailing list.

You may also subscribe to "hot alert" newsletters on various topics; a user wishing to read the full article can click its headline to go to the specific page on the site. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this agreement lies with the courts of Tel Aviv. This agreement is subject to the provisions of the applicable contracts (remedies for breach of contract) law. Without derogating from remedies available under any law, the company may immediately and unilaterally terminate the services under this agreement without prior notice, without any measures being taken against it.

The user is advised that this site and its content do not constitute professional advice (such as legal or medical advice) and are not financial advice in any way or form, and that Moment shall not be liable for such content and for any results, direct or indirect, that may be caused to the user, anyone on their behalf, or a third party who decided to act based on this content.

Without derogating from the user's responsibility or any right the company holds under law, the company may delete content immediately, in whole or in part, and/or review content before publication to prevent the publication of content that is unlawful on its face, without needing to exercise judicial discretion, and to prevent the publication of content that does not meet legal requirements and accepted discourse or that includes hate speech, threats or offensive expressions. Source of the data: the source of the data is the ancient secrets of Kabbalistic teaching and the alignment of the time factor with the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Any transaction or arrangement, for consideration or otherwise, made as a result of an ad published on the site or as a result of a user's use of the site, shall be settled directly and solely between the parties interested in the transaction. It is clarified and agreed that the company or anyone on its behalf shall not be a party to any transaction between the user and a third party, and the company bears no liability in respect of it — even if information between the parties passed through the company or the site.

The company and the site bear no responsibility for the content of ads or commercial offers of third parties appearing on the site. Any claim, suit or demand by a user regarding such offers, products or services, their receipt or results, shall be directed solely to the relevant third party, and the user shall have no claim, suit or demand against the company in that regard.

Third parties: the company undertakes not to make any use of users' personal details except for the purposes of the site and in accordance with its privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms of use, and in accordance with any law. The company nevertheless reserves the right to collect information regarding usage patterns on the site and the network and to use it to improve the site's services, operation and content. For the avoidance of doubt, credit card details entered into the system are stored, encrypted and secured in accordance with strict international information security standards.

Limitation period: notwithstanding any law, the user and the company agree that for any cause of action arising from this relationship, the limitation period shall be two years from the date the relationship ended or from the date the cause of action was discovered, whichever is earlier. The parties agree that this provision constitutes a separate written agreement as referred to in the applicable limitation law.
