Privacy Policy

Data you knowingly provide: name, email address, phone number (if given), account and subscription details, and the content of customer-service inquiries.

Technical usage data: IP address, device and browser type, language, pages viewed, login times, and push-notification identifiers (if you opted in).

Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider. We receive only the transaction confirmation, the last four card digits and subscription status — full card details are never stored on our servers.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18, and we do not collect sensitive data (health, religion, political views) for profiling.

Providing your details is not a legal obligation, but without them we cannot provide the subscription service.

Purposes: operating your account and subscription, delivering timings and content, sending alerts you requested, billing, support and service, security and fraud prevention, improving the service through aggregate measurement, and compliance with legal and accounting requirements.

Legal bases under GDPR: performance of a contract (subscription), consent (mailings and notifications), legitimate interest (security and improvement), and legal obligation (retaining financial records).

Promotional emails are sent only with express consent as required under applicable telecommunications law, and consent can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

We never monetize personal data. Data is shared only with service providers required to operate the site, and only to the minimum extent necessary: payment processor, cloud hosting and database provider, mailing/notification provider, and analytics tools.

These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements. Transfers of data outside Israel or the EU take place only to countries or providers ensuring an adequate level of protection, including through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Data will be disclosed to authorities only pursuant to a court order, legal requirement, or to protect against harm to rights, person or property.

The site uses cookies necessary for basic functionality (keeping you logged in and remembering language preference) and measurement cookies to improve the service.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may impair the functioning of the subscriber area.

Push notifications are sent only after explicit device-level permission and can be disabled at any time in your browser or device settings.

Data is stored in a secured cloud environment, encrypted in transit (TLS), with restricted access permissions, row-level access controls, monitoring and backups.

We retain personal data for as long as a subscription is active plus any additional period required by law (including seven years for financial records), after which it is deleted or anonymized.

No system is completely immune to risk. In the event of a serious security incident, we will act in accordance with applicable notification obligations, including notifying EU users within 72 hours as required by GDPR.

Under applicable Israeli and European law, you are entitled to access data collected about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent to mailings.

Additionally, information is collected to improve user experience, including statistical usage data, dwell time and content preferences; information for direct-marketing purposes, sending updates or promotional material based on your activity, with an option to unsubscribe at any time; information for legal documentation purposes, including correspondence, payment details and relationship periods for legal defense or dispute management; and technical information for security purposes, including IP addresses, device type, browser, pages visited, server requests and logs, used to identify intrusion attempts or unauthorized use.

To the extent service providers outside Israel are used, including cloud providers, data will be transferred in accordance with law. Data may also be transferred to affiliated companies or another entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or reorganization, provided the terms of use of the data do not change.

The company does not transfer personal data to third parties except where necessary to provide a service (such as payment processing), participation in joint activity with a third party, compliance with a court order or legal obligation, security and fraud prevention, handling a breach of terms of use, or as part of a corporate restructuring. Data may also be used for advertising and marketing via third-party platforms such as Google, Taboola, Outbrain, Facebook, X and YouTube and other ad networks. Third parties operating on the company's sites may collect information about users via cookies, scripts and similar technologies and use it to build audiences and tailor advertising, on the company's sites and elsewhere.

The company's sites use cookies and similar technologies for site security, proper operation, statistical measurement, tailored advertising and marketing, and improving user experience. You may change your browser settings to block cookies, though this may prevent use of some site services. The company implements reasonable technological and organizational measures to protect personal data; however, absolute protection against unauthorized intrusion or use cannot be guaranteed.

Users have the right to review data collected about them and request its correction or deletion. The service is designed to serve investors and traders in the United States alongside users worldwide. Any timing indication is derived from the trading hours of the relevant exchange and the market in which the investment is made — not from your own geographic location.
