What is timing?
In every field of life — markets, a business decision, a major step — there are two dimensions: the substance and the time. Substance is what you do and how. Time is when. Timing deals with the second dimension: a sound action at the wrong moment can stall, while a simple action at the right moment carries momentum with it. So the question is not only "what is worthwhile" but "when is the right time".
What is the right timing?
The right timing is the moment when conditions favor action — an open window. Not every hour is equal to another: each hour carries its own quality, a movement of expansion or of restraint. The method rates every time window on a scale of 1 to 10: a high score marks a strong window, a middle score marks a time that calls for caution, and a low score marks a time to hold back from steps. The score is not a price prediction and not a forecast — it describes the quality of the moment.
How does this connect to Kabbalah?
Kabbalistic teaching describes time as structured rather than flat: every hour has a quality, every day has a character, and the same action in two different hours does not carry the same weight. The ten sefirot are the traditional map for how one force unfolds in stages — an opening that expands, a stage that restrains, a stage that balances the two. Read as a timing map, the sefirot give the day a shape: which moments lean toward expansion and which toward restraint. Alongside this, the study of Psalms adds a dimension of patience and intention to every window — because timing is not only calculation, but also a matter of spirit.
How the method is applied in Momentime
Momentime translates this framework into a live graph: every ten-minute segment of the trading day is scored, the graph shows the rises and falls of the moment across a roughly two-hour window, and the current minute is marked so nothing has to be guessed. The Wheel of Times presents the same picture as a circle of hours, and the two ancient books open with a click to reveal the reading of the moment. Timing follows the destination market, not where the user happens to be sitting: the same window is shared by everyone looking at the same market.
Common questions
Is kabbalistic timing the same as financial astrology?
No. Financial astrology reads planetary positions. Kabbalistic timing works from traditional Jewish time structures — the ordering of hours and days and the sefirot map — alongside Psalms study. The output here is a timing score, never a price prediction.
Does a high score tell me what to do?
No. The score describes the quality of the window only. Your decisions — what to trade, at what size, under which risk rules — remain entirely yours, and the platform is educational and spiritual content rather than investment advice.
Is timing only for markets?
No. The graph and the wheel are applied to markets, but the principle — recognizing the right time to act — holds for any significant decision in life: an investment, a new beginning, or a step that calls for precise timing.
